People often ask...
1
Do you offer telehealth + in-person sessions?
Yes. I offer both in-person sessions in Century City and virtual sessions (with clients in California and New York).
2
Are reduced-fee sessions available?
Yes, I reserve a limited number of reduced-fee spaces; please reach out to discuss availability and options.
3
Do you work with insurance?
I provide monthly superbills for insurance reimbursement, but do not contract directly with third parties for payment. I do this because insurance companies typically have stringent limitations about the number and type of sessions that can be provided. I find these limits constraining to the type of depth-oriented work my clients and I do together and never want to compromise the quality of service I'm providing.
4
What is an LCSW?
Licensed Clinical Social Workers (LCSW) are specialists who understand that people are products of their environment, and that in order to achieve peace internally, we must also look at the environment. To my work, I bring a commitment to anti-racist/anti-oppressive, queer affirming, and HAES (health at every size) care.

What is Depth-Oriented Therapy?
Depth-oriented therapy focuses on getting beneath surface patterns to understand the deeper experiences, emotions, and relational dynamics that shape how you show up in life. It’s about exploring the root of challenges—like trauma, attachment wounds, or habitual ways of relating—so that change is lasting, not just temporary. In my work, I combine this with somatic and NARM approaches to help you connect with both your body and mind in the healing process.
