Hi, I'm Zazu Tauber.
she/her
As an individual and couples therapist, I integrate intersubjective, relational, and somatic therapies with neuroscience and non-pathologizing perspectives on mental health and healing. While many modalities today are focused on "treatment," my philosophy leads first and foremost with the fact that you are a human to be explored and understood, not an object to be changed or acted upon. I earned my Master’s Degree in Clinical Social Work from Columbia University, New York and am committed to ongoing education and development. Combining dynamic training with years of experience, I will support you in becoming more of the person you wish to be. I have had success supporting teens, adults and couples struggling with anxiety, depression, relationship issues, shame and self-judgment, shock trauma, and complex trauma (C-PTSD).

You have so much capacity, peace, and joy waiting for you. I look forward to meeting you!
