neuro affective relational model
NARM is a cutting edge trauma therapy designed for complex and developmental trauma. Rather than focusing on the traumatic events themselves, NARM works with the survival strategies that people developed in response to them, often in early childhood. NARM holds that these strategies, or adaptations, end up shaping much of our behavior, emotional life, and capacity to be in relationship with ourselves and others. At the center of this modality is the belief that each of us has an inherent drive toward connection and aliveness.

IFS is an evidenced-based psychotherapy that views each human being as a system of "parts" led by a core self. When we go through hard things, our parts are often forced into extreme roles. IFS supports healing by exploring these parts and connecting you to your Self leadership.

EMDR is a well-established therapy that helps people heal by re-processing painful or traumatic memories. EMDR is best suited for shock trauma, or singular-event traumas (e.g., an accident or assault).
