Over Functioning or Under Functioning 

You're constantly on the go. You get rewarded for all that you can accomplish in a day. You struggle to slow down, and the moments that aren't filled cause you to feel anxious, down, and out of sorts.

You find it hard to complete a project, turn in your assignments, and hold up your end of the bargain in relationships. You're not sure why you can't seem to follow-through. You're tired of starting and stopping.

People Pleasing 

You are constantly thinking about what needs to be done in order for someone else to feel okay. You sometimes get resentful that others aren't doing the same for you. You try to set boundaries, but get stuck in feelings of guilt.  

Struggling with Control / Letting Go 

You feel like if everyone did things your way, things would be okay. You find it hard when plans change, or things aren't lining up the way they were supposed to. It's hard to "go with the flow" and you're constantly trying to plan and control the next step.
